Webbkurs.nu presents itself as a guide to online courses, written in Swedish and aimed at anyone exploring further education. It's not a store or a service that handles payments or personal data, so it doesn't need the heavy legal machinery of an e-commerce site. The domain has been active since 2021, which gives it some credibility, and the presence of an About page shows the owner is willing to explain themselves. The lack of contact details and social media links is a bit unusual but far from alarming for a small blog. What stands out is the site's promotional content for an IT recruitment firm, which suggests it may earn money through sponsored posts or affiliate links. That's not a scam, but it's worth knowing that some articles may be biased. If you're just reading tips about online courses, webbkurs.nu seems safe. Just remember it's one perspective, and cross-check any course recommendations elsewhere before spending money on something you read here.
In plain English
Webbkurs.nu looks like a legitimate educational blog about online courses. It's been around for four years, has an About page, and shows no signs of malicious behavior. The main gaps—no contact info, no legal pages, and no archive history—are typical for small personal sites, not red flags.
Where the score comes from
The site uses a valid SSL certificate and modern encryption, but it still accepts outdated protocol versions that browsers dropped years ago. No malicious activity has been flagged.
The domain has been registered for four years, which is a positive sign for an informational site. The holder appears to use a privacy shield, but that's common for personal blogs and not a red flag here.
No blacklists or threat reports exist, but there's no web archive history and no external reviews to corroborate legitimacy. It's simply a small, low-traffic site with no established footprint.
An About page exists, which is more than many blogs bother with. Missing contact details and social links are acceptable for a hobby site, though they'd hurt a business.
No privacy policy or terms of service, but an educational blog doesn't collect user data or process payments, so these aren't legally required. The absence is normal for this kind of site.
Cloudflare provides fast, reliable hosting with clean DNS records. The site doesn't set extra browser protections or email capabilities, but none are critical for a static content page.
